Kids Hip Hop

Build strength, endurance, and confidence! With age-appropriate choreography and music, our hip hop classes focus on beginning break dance, multiple styles of hip hop techniques and making sure the kids are having a blast!

8-Week Series

Ages 5-7 years old: Tuesdays, 4:15-5:00pm
Ages 8-10 years old: Wednesdays, 4:15-5:00pm

Kids Zumba

Kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography will keep your child active and healthy. Kids Zumba breaks down moves into easy-to-learn steps to ensure that your child will learn how to make fitness fun!

Kids Yoga

Your child will learn how to focus and center themselves using breathing and relaxation techniques along with basic poses that encourage coordination and balance. Kids Yoga will help improve coordination and strength while creating a fun, calm environment.
