Private Health and Nutrition Coaching
If online nutrition programs are not for you and you enjoy a more personal approach; Private Nutrition Coaching is available. Breanne Curran, MAC’s Nutrition Specialist and Health Coach, works with each member to get the results they want in the most efficient way. Whether this is losing belly fat, increasing energy, knowing healthy food choices, or just simple good health! She guides you step by step and hands you all the tools you need to stay on track, accountable, and supported.
Private Nutrition Coaching Clients: First session lays a clear roadmap to their goals followed up by sessions every two weeks for one hour.
- Each session includes Body Stats (muscle percentage, segmental analysis, metabolic rate, and tape measurements)
- A short review of previous work
- Plus, new challenges to keep you moving forward with support and accountability
Whether nutrition coaching may be online or in person, Breanne takes you through her custom plan to increase muscle and decrease inches and stress on the body. It’s up to you which you prefer.
