Kids Hip Hop

Build strength, endurance, and confidence! With age-appropriate choreography and music, our hip hop classes focus on beginning break dance, multiple styles of hip hop techniques and making sure the kids are having a blast!  Please bring a water bottle and comfortable shoes.

8-week sessions

Ages 5-7 years offered on Mondays
Ages 8-10 offered on Wednesdays

Kids Strength

Focused on teaching kids about the fundamentals of fitness and movement and how it will translate into sport performance, as well as the function of strength, mobility, and flexibility in everyday life!  Please bring a water bottle and comfortable shoes.

6-week sessions

Ages 8-10 on Mondays 4-5pm
