The Magnuson Athletic Club is always searching for new, challenging and unique training choices for our members. We are excited to offer the high-energy and dynamic class, POUND, as an option in our new MAC Fit training program. POUND classes will begin on March 8th and will be on Tuesdays at 7:00am.
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Using specialized drumsticks designed specifically for POUND, the workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute class. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Learn more about POUND.
