Challenge your body to perform to the max! Cardio conditioning is based on speed and agility drills, plyometrics, circuit training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and tabata-style. Strength training with the barbell and/or your body weight along with intense core focus rounds out this cardio-crushed, fat-burning class.

This high-energy martial arts-inspired workout is totally non-contact and draws from a variety of disciplines including karate, boxing, taekwondo, kung fu and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. To keep things fresh, a new program – with new music and choreography – is introduced every three months.
