There are a variety of ways you can choose to use this 30-minute session. We will customize this session based on your interests.
Here are some ideas:
- Talk through specific fitness goals and design a workout program to help achieve them
- Demonstrate how to use and adjust a specific machine safely and effectively
- Provide a mobility screening
- Demonstrate how to activate your core and unlock its potential
- Conduct an InBody body composition test, which provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water (this is a great way to find your baseline)
