Push Yourself To Build Muscle

In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will help contribute to their workout. Build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance with our certified trainers. Strength Training classes also contribute to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! A new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Core 30

A 30-minute class that focuses on strengthening your core muscles to provide stability and improve muscular balance. Training your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony leads to overall flexibility and mobility helping with injury prevention and full range of motion.

Base Builder Strength

For members beginning or restarting basic strength conditioning.We will incorporate weights, bands and tubing to target major muscle groups that work on balance and mobility. Use slower paced compound movements.
