Cycling is a heart-pumping workout that takes you on a stationary but sweaty ride of your life. Enjoy the authentic experience of cycling indoors where you will improve your cardio health, build lean and defined legs, train your abs and core, and enhance your mental strenth.

Join us for our terrain-based cycle classes where we climb, sprint, and sweat our way to the finish line! Our classes are designed to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while building camaraderie with our fellow riders. You are in control of your bikes resistance, so whether you’re new to indoor cycling or a seasoned veteran you will get your burn on!

Our bikes are set up with SPD clips if you have cycling shoes, as well as cages if you’re wearing athletic shoes. If you are new to indoor cycling, please come 5-10 minutes early to your first class so our instructors can help you with your bike fit.

Cycle Fit

A combination of variable intensity cardio intervals on the bikes, and strength work off the bikes using bands, dumbbells, and body weight. Get a full body workout in this fun, fast-paced class! Athletic shoes are recommended for this class.

Cycle 30 + Core 30

An express 30-minute cycle class consisting of variable intensity interval training (V.I.I.T.) to get the most bang for your fitness buck! Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and intensity throughout the class.

Core 30 immediately follows Cycle 30 for a great 2-in-1 workout! In Core 30 we focus on strengthening the abdominals, obliques, and glutes, as well as the smaller stabilizing muscles that make up the core.
