Kevin has a Bachelors degree in Environmental Sciences from Western Washington University. He has worked with our parent company, Arena Sports, for 10+ years of which 5+ have been in a management position.

A 17-year ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Nominated for “Best Personal Trainer” 2022 in Modern Luxury Magazine in Scottsdale, AZ.

In addition to being a personal trainer, Katie is also an athletic trainer — the kind you find in the training room and sidelines of collegiate sports programs. She has worked with the UW Huskies’ Track & Field and Football teams. Her knowledge of injury prevention and rehab post-injury is vast, making her an amazing resource for the MAC and its members.

Ed brings a wonderful professionalism and caring personality to every member and client he meets. He’s the classic gentle giant and turned his personal love for exercise and fitness into a career. He’s a very talented musician, performing locally, as well as teaching music at the Seattle Drum School. Ed is constantly learning and bolstering his conditioning certification on his resumé. He went back to school to become certified in nutrition. If you want a great stretch or quick massage gun treatment, he offers those in shorter sessions.

Sam has been working out at the MAC since high school. He’s a local Nathan Hale High grad. He’s played basketball at the collegiate level and has worked with lots of pro athletes in multiple sports, including basketball and football. He focuses on sports performance and Speed Agility and Quickness (SAQ)-type activities as well as overall strength. Sam is fun and loud in the gym. You’ll see his energy and enthusiasm in every session.

Zac is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and proud Gonzaga graduate with a lifelong passion for sports, competition, and continuous growth. His training foundation began in high school while competing in football, basketball, and track, where he learned proper lifting techniques and the value of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Those experiences continue to shape his coaching style and personal fitness philosophy today.
Zac believes the weight room should be an ego-free, welcoming space where anyone—no matter their starting point—can show up, work hard, and improve. His goal is to help clients build confidence, challenge themselves, and develop sustainable habits that support their overall well-being.

Ben is dedicated to delivering coaching that meets you where you are, tailoring every program to your lifestyle, goals, and experience level. His mission is simple: help you live well, feel good, and perform at your best.
With more than 10 years of experience, Ben has worked with a wide range of clients—from individuals in rehabilitation to Olympic and professional athletes—making training approachable, effective, and enjoyable. Beyond the training floor, he serves as an adjunct instructor of Exercise Science at Bastyr University and is passionate about building meaningful connections that support each client’s highest potential.

Sasha believes in training everybody—meeting clients where they are and helping them discover their strength from the inside out. Her coaching style is rooted in authenticity, discipline, and empowerment, with a focus on sustainable progress and building long-term confidence both in and out of the gym.

Tanellie Mullins is a personal trainer educated through NPTI with a strong foundation in strength training, corrective exercise, conditioning, and movement mechanics. He is also an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, coaching both individuals and groups with an intentional, challenging, and sustainable approach.
In partnership with the City of Seattle, Tanellie teaches health and wellness to high school students and has expanded his education internationally through studies in Ayurvedic medicine and lifestyle in Rishikesh, India. His coaching emphasizes mindset, movement quality, and long-term structure, helping clients build strength from the ground up while supporting overall health and performance.
