Saturday GX Pop-Up Classes

These limited-time sessions keep your workouts fresh and engaging while introducing you to new fitness trends and techniques. All popup classes are 60 minutes long and will be held in the GX Studio.

December 13th: Barre, 9:00am
December 27th: Hip Hop/K-Pop Dance Fusion, 9:00am

  • High Intensity: Body Combat, Tabata, & Strong
  • Moderate-High Intensity: Burn, Battle Ropes & Les Mills Body Pump
  • Moderate: Pilates & Strength
  • Low to Moderate Intensity: Yoga, Foundational Fitness & Fit 4 all
  • All levels: Body Balance, Cycle Fit & Cycle
