At-Home Workouts and More!

We’ve all had to adapt our routines to a new normal and determine what our exercise regimen looks like within that new normal. We are excited to announce that our training staff, along with the help of our sister club, Issaquah Fitness, is online content for you that will inspire great ideas for at-home workouts. We will also be hosting Facebook Live workouts on a regular basis and updating the schedule on this page weekly.

Our goal is to have new content posted to Facebook and Instagram several times a week.

Facebook Live Stream Schedule

Monday, April 6th @ 12:00pm – Cardio Kickboxing w/ John
Use techniques from both boxing and martial arts to create a HIIT style workout. Jump, kick and punch your way to a healthy heart!

Tuesday, April 7th @ 10:00am – Bodyweight HIIT w/ Scott
Get your body moving and blood pumping with this fun-filled bodyweight workout. No equipment needed. Come with a great attitude and desire to challenge yourself. 

Wednesday, April 8th @ 12:00pm – Core & Restore w/ Mac
Focus on core mobility and overall body flexibility. It’s perfect for helping with injury prevention and extending range of motion. Mobility leads to longevity. 

Thursday, April 9th @ 12:00pm – Cardio Kickboxing w/ John
Use techniques from both boxing and martial arts to create a HIIT style workout. It will get your body moving and your blood pumping!

Friday, April 10th @ 10:00am – Core 30 w/ Scott
Focus on strengthening your core muscles to provide stability and improve muscular balance. Training your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.
